Caring Family Network's Therapeutic Foster Care Program is based on the Resiliency theory. We believe that no matter what a child goes through, they can have a positive life outcome through building protective factors. Our program is therapeutically based and provides at-risk youth with a positive, stable and nurturing environment.
Our therapeutic foster parents receive intensive training and complete a state regulated licensure process. Our philosophy, "Relationships are the Key to Change" is at the heart of our training and supervision. Each parent has a designated Coordinator to provide them supervision, training and guidance. The parents also have access to a coordinator after hours and on the weekends to assist parents in the event of a crisis.
We work closely with members of the child and family team to ensure that goals are being met for the client and the biological family, and to ensure the client is succeeding in the therapeutic home. In addition, our staff receives on-going training and supervision.
