Birthmother Ministries, Inc. International or Domestic Adoption (Child Placement) Agency, Church-based Orphans Ministry Birthmothers helps any woman facing an unplanned pregnancy overcome barriers to choosing life for her baby and facilitates adoption when a woman concludes it is in the best interest of her child. Birthmothers identifies, trains, equips and nurtures volunteer “Friends” who are matched with birth moms and their partners for caring, nonjudgmental emotional, spiritual and practical support. Our focus is on loving and helping the pregnant woman, one-on-one, for as long as she needs or chooses. Birthmothers is also distinct in that we seek to reflect Jesus Christ with unconditional acceptance to women and families, regardless of their situation, and provide life-affirming adoption information. Birthmothers cultivates Church Teams in local congregations to reach women in need and serve birth moms, birth families and adoptive families.
