An adoption advocate accused of child abuse will no longer be able to provide foster care to children.
41-year-old Roseanne Kincheloe of Eleva was sentenced last week in Buffalo County. According to online court documents, Kincheloe was originally charged with child abuse after a 9-year-old in her care says Kincheloe hit her with a broom and choked her. But, that charge was amended to disorderly conduct.
She was also sentenced to probation, which was withheld, and ordered to get psychiatric treatment.
