Add-on Adoption Fees, a-la your preferred Adoption Agency

As I been perusing more sites with more information about teaching/education programs for the foster/adoptive parent, (and adoptee), I am realizing more and more just how horrible some of these private "non-profit" adoption agencies can be.

I'm talking about fees and monies for workshops, classes, and programs that don't do much for either the parent or child altered through adoption.
