Welcome to Pound Pup Legacy

As advocates for child safety within the foster care and adoption system, we would like to welcome you to our website.

Pound Pup Legacy exists because:

  • Too often children are not safe from the predatory practices of organizations that benefit from the placement of children.
  • Too often children are not being placed in safe homes or in safe institutions.
  • Too often children in care lack the secure safety net families usually provide, once they reach adulthood

The safety and well-being of children is paramount, not only for the sake of those children, but also for the whole of society.

PPL documents and archives cases where the child placement system did not work in the best interest of the child and we offer a platform for those who want to express their thoughts and feelings about the "dark side" of child placement.
