About

Pound Pup Legacy was founded in November 2006 with the intention to build a free interactive internet community dedicated to the needs of those most affected by foster care, adoption, and the many forms of abuse a child is known to endure.   We believe censorship is wrong when it comes to the facts and realities behind child trafficking and child placement.  We are convinced there is no safety when secrets are being kept.

Kerry, owner of  PPL, was born in St. John's Newfoundland, Canada, and adopted by American Catholics.  She is a NJ licensed RN, resident trouble-maker  and mother to her own four children.  Her "heathens", as she calls them, are the only biologic family members she knows.  Kerry owns a White West Highland Terrier, takes frequent walks, and feeds her son's lizzard because no one else will.  Professionally, Kerry would like to help initiate research and recovery programs that benefit RAD Adults living in our prison-systems.  Anyone seeking more information on PPL initiatives, please contact Kerry at: kerry@poundpuplegacy.org

Niels, co-founder of PPL was born, adopted and continues to live in the Netherlands. He is a computer software engineer and consultant and is dedicated to the set up of the PPL website.   Niels has no pets or children.  He can be contacted at: admin@poundpuplegacy.org
