To get my daughters name given at birth on her head stone instead of the murderers last name

This is for my friend hannah. These are her words.

Hi my name is hannah chadwell and i am the biological mother of josie ann abney who was given the name jocelyn abrianna chadwell-lee at birth. When josie was young i became homeless due to the fact of family issues and the passing of my father. 

I had a friend of a friend whom agreed to take care of josie for the time being as i was doing my best to become stable and get a home for josie and myself. That "friend" called cps and after completeing all given task they still decided to place my daughter with susan and randall abney and eventually they adopted her. 

This would be the last time myself or my family would ever see sweet josie alive again. 

My brother was willing to adopt her my family was willing to take her in yet cps still refused and now my daughter is dead. The abneys maliciously murdered my sweet beautiful innocent baby. 

I would love to get her given name or atleast her last name that was given at birth on her headstone so that she dont have to be marked with the abneys last name forever more. 

Please if you are a mother a father a grand parent aunt or uncle or just someone with a big heart please google josie amn abney and read her story so that things can be as clear as the water. I loved my baby and miss her so much. The way the ems and sheriffs on scene described my daughter was looking like a holocaust victem. 

Her blood sugars were 10 and she was so dehydrated the doctor was unable to draw blood. 

Josie with a blanket medical supplies and the body bag her total weight was under 40lbs. The abneys had nothing in josies room besides a bed a lamp and a basket of clothes. Her door know was reversed so she would be locked in her room and there was alarms on her door and windows. 

The fridge was also locked and all food was out of reach for a 10 year old child. The deputies on scene also described the abneys as having sweet cakes amd "goodies" in their room in a dresser away from josie. 

She didnt deserve this please help me!
