SASHA TO REMAIN AT NORTHWOOD, JUDGE RULES
A judge decided on Tuesday that "Sasha" - a boy adopted from Ukraine at age 7 only to be passed along to another family before being returned to his native country - should remain at Northwood Children's Services in Duluth. The boy, who turned 13 on Monday, has been at the treatment center for physical and psychological evaluation since early December, when he was returned to the United States from Ukraine.
