The National Adoption and Surrogacy Center was established by attorneyHilaryNeimanto help clients create or build their families through surrogacy and adoption. We work with heterosexual couples, non-traditional families, and singles both in the United States and around the world.  Ms.Neiman assesses each individual client's needs and tailors a program to meet their goals.. Ms.Neiman is a talented and engaging speaker who has spoken in numerous venues in the field of reproductive and adoption law, including on television and the radio. She has created many workshops in the region that have provided those interested in surrogacy and adoption with a forum to learn about the aspects of the adoption and surrogacy process. 

Hilary holds a bachelor's degree from Colby College, Masters of Science in child development from University of London, a Juris Doctorate from New England School of Law, and is currently a candidate for an LLM degree in International Law at American University's Washington College of Law.

Ms.Neiman is the author of several short stories for children. Additionally, she has done numerous volunteer projects in child advocacy in Asia and Eastern Europe. Ms.Neiman has a tremendous love for children and passion for creating families.
