Middle school janitor faces 58 charges of child molestation, allegedly of daughters
(WHAS11) A former custodian at Parkview Middle School in Clark County has pleaded guilty to molesting his three adopted daughters.
60 year old Charles Sparks was arrested in April 2008 on 58 counts of sexually abusing children.
Sparks pleaded guilty to two counts; one in 1997, the other in 2004.
If the plea agreement is accepted by the judge, Sparks will be sentenced to 20 years in prison, with ten years probation.
Sparks will also have to register as a sex offender for life and can have no contact with children.
