On termination of the permit for work on Adoption (adoption) of children in the territory of the Russian Federation

In accordance with subparagraph «and» The provisions of paragraph 8.1 of the activities of the organs and organizations of foreign countries for adoption (adoption) of children in the territory of the Russian Federation and monitoring approved by the Government of the Russian Federation dated November 4, 2006 N 654, and the with the expiry of the permit to work in Russia a non-profit non-governmental organization representative company Societe de adaptation kvebekuaze Un Grande Famili (Canada), issued by the Minister of Health and Human Services, Government of Quebec,

I order:

1. Terminate the permit for work on Adoption (adoption) of children in the territory of the Russian Federation, representation of non-profit non-governmental organization Société de Adoption Quebecoise Un Grande Famille (Canada) in the Russian Federation dated August 29, 2008 N 71 issued on the basis of the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated August 28, 2008 N 248 «About the approval to operate the Adoption (adoption) of children in the territory of the Russian Federation».

2. Department of State policy in the sphere of education, additional education and social protection of children (Levitsky AA) in the prescribed manner: send a non-profit non-governmental organization Society Société de adaptation kvebekuaze Un Grande Famili (Canada) and its representation of a copy of this Order within 10 working days from the date of its publication; order to bring this to the attention of the executive authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and the Ministry of Justice of Russia.

3. Recognize invalid orders from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation:

from August 28, 2008 N 248 «About the approval to operate the Adoption (adoption) of children in the territory of the Russian Federation»; from 2 Jun, 2009 N 189 «About the suspension of a permit for work on Adoption (adoption) of children in the territory of the Russian Federation».

4. Monitoring the performance of this Order to assign to the Deputy Minister of Kalyna II

О прекращении действия разрешения на осуществление деятельности по усыновлению (удочерению) детей на территории Российской Федерации

В соответствии с подпунктом «а» пункта 8.1 Положения о деятельности органов и организаций иностранных государств по усыновлению (удочерению) детей на территории Российской Федерации и контроле за ее осуществлением, утвержденного постановлением Правительства Российской Федерации от 4 ноября 2006 г. N 654, и в связи с истечением срока действия разрешения на работу в России представительства некоммерческой неправительственной организации Общество Сосьете де адаптьен квебекуазе Ун Гранде Фамили (Канада), выданного Министром Здоровья и Социальных служб Правительства Квебека,

приказываю:

1. Прекратить действие разрешения на осуществление деятельности по усыновлению (удочерению) детей на территории Российской Федерации представительства некоммерческой неправительственной организации Общество Сосьете де адаптьен квебекуазе Ун Гранде Фамили (Канада) в Российской Федерации от 29 августа 2008 г. N 71, выданного на основании приказа Министерства образования и науки Российской Федерации от 28 августа 2008 г. N 248 «О разрешении на осуществление деятельности по усыновлению (удочерению) детей на территории Российской Федерации».

2. Департаменту государственной политики в сфере воспитания, дополнительного образования и социальной защиты детей (Левитской А.А.) в установленном порядке:

направить некоммерческой неправительственной организации Общество Сосьете де адаптьен квебекуазе Ун Гранде Фамили (Канада) и ее представительству копию настоящего приказа в течение 10 рабочих дней с даты его издания;

довести настоящий приказ до сведения органов исполнительной власти субъектов Российской Федерации, а также МИДа России, МВД России и Минюста России.

3. Признать утратившими силу приказы Министерства образования и науки Российской Федерации:

от 28 августа 2008 г. N 248 «О разрешении на осуществление деятельности по усыновлению (удочерению) детей на территории Российской Федерации»;

от 2 июня 2009 г. N 189 «О приостановлении действия разрешения на осуществление деятельности по усыновлению (удочерению) детей на территории Российской Федерации».

4. Контроль за исполнением настоящего приказа возложить на заместителя Министра Калину И.И.
