He has experience working with westerners for many years and has trained in Singapore to be fluent in English, He has worked specifiably with us for 8 ears in humanitarians aid. He is well known, respected and well liked in the province and with DIA and the US embassy.

What humanitarian aid projects does your agency run? Are these programs run through a separate organization or managed directly by your agency?
Humanitarian Work in Vietnam (Managed directly by our agency): In 1998 we built a large Orphanage and Elderly Social Welfare Center in Ninh Thuan province, provided $3000 per month in direct aid to the orphanage for formula, food, and caregivers ,We also purchased a new car for the province . In 1999 we built a large Orphan Center in Nhe An province and provided all interior furnishing needs for the orphanage to operate. In 2000, we built a large Orphan and Elderly Welfare Center in Phu Yen province. We provided the interior furnishings for it . In 2002, we built a new OB/GYN wing on to the Vinh City Hospital in Nhe An province. It included delivery rooms , healthy newborn rooms, and special rooms and equipment for newborns with needs. We provided support during the process.

It is a large vo-tech center campus , small well controlled are for infants and young children, Care giver ratio of 1 caregiver : 2 children. Children very well lover and nurtured. Well maintained.by Vietnamese standards
What kind of oversight does your agency provide in orphanages to ensure that orphanages are acting ethically and children are being kept safe and healthy?
Daily contact with Vietnamese staff, frequent communication with the US embassy,participation in all discussions with DIA, embassy and others to improve in country ethics, personal ethical guidelines in use for years and enforced with all employees., our employees attend all information meetings given by the US embassy to adoption facilitators. picture’s at least once a month of each child in the center, medical evaluations for every child, and hospitalizations if ever deemed necessary. Weekly or more visits to the orphanage by our staff.

Is there any other information your agency wishes to share about its Vietnam program that might help parents in search of ethical adoptions make a very difficult agency decision?
We are a full service Christian Adoption Agency. We provide resources for those considering adoption, and beginning an adoption. We provide extensive help in preparing dossier, working with BCIS, and we provide frequent updates on the process. Yearly reunions for all of our VCI families, as well as mom’s weekends, cultural events and social activities. Clear post placement instruction and help. VCI provides home study, placement and post placement services. Families will be escorted and supported during their visit to Vietnam by the staff of our Vietnam Office
