EAC China Program

The China adoption program is an amazingly stable program. Overseen by the China Center of Adoption Affairs (CCAA). Since 1996 EAC is proud to be registered with the CCAA to place children with American families. Unlike other countries that suspend programs or change the rules regularly China has kept the adoption program stable with very few changes over the years.

European Adoption Consultants, Inc. (EAC) is a highly respected and experienced international adoption agency. EAC is proud to be accredited by the China Center of Adoption Affairs (CCAA) in Beijing. Since March of 1995, hundreds of beautiful baby girls have come home with their new families through our China adoption program.

Qiliang Zhou, the EAC Program Coordinator for China since 1995, is a native of China. He lives in Cleveland, Ohio, with his wife. Uncle Zhou travels to China with every group of families. His knowledge of Chinese culture and the adoption process makes each adoption amazing. Most of the groups of families meet Uncle Zhou at the office on fridays or at EAC picnics before they travel to China with him. The EAC families love Uncle Zhou!
