A Reduced Fee Adoption Program

Alex's Angels is a program that was established by European Adoption Consultants. The program is designed to assist families in adopting older children and children with special needs from Russia and Kazakhstan. This program also allows for reduced fees, dramatically decreasing the overall expenses associated with adopting internationally. Due to the unfortunate availability of these children, the entire process is generally much faster than other programs.

Our goals for this program are as simple as a child's desire for a family: Help these children find homes through a program that focuses on them!

Many of the special needs children, available in the program, only suffer from minor and correctable conditions that can be corrected with the proper medical attention. Unfortunately, this medical attention is not an option in the orphanages.
