Dear Russians, Ukrainians, Kazakhs, Belarusians, Moldovans and friendly pribalty, ladies and gentlemen!
For many years, having worked in the system of international adoptions, I know how important and responsible work of the coordinator in this area. Thanks to you, tens of thousands of orphans found family, love and attention to new parents and relatives. I know how difficult you find the contact and understanding with those that affect the adoption process in the region. How difficult and sometimes impossible to explain to the Director of the American agencies, some features of the mentality of officials with whom you work. During the first adoption in Argentina we have demanded the Argentine law on adoptions certified Russian notary. Try to explain that the Director of Agencies - American. We not only speak different languages, we do not understand each other in the most professional translation.
And how important it was to time to provide information about the adopted child is already in the management of education and children's home. You can send a request for assistance to children's homes in your area, as well as proposals for cooperation with any of the agencies within the structure of the charity fund «YUNONA». I guarantee you a full understanding and support.

Многие годы проработав в системе международных усыновлений, я знаю насколько важна и ответственна работа координатора в этой сфере. Благодаря Вам десятки тысяч детей сирот обрели семьи, любовь и внимание новых родителей и родственников. Я знаю как трудно Вам найти контакт и взаимопонимание с лицами от которых зависит процесс усыновления в том или ином регионе. Как трудно, а порой и невозможно объяснить директору американского агенства некоторые особенности менталитета официальных лиц с которыми Вы работаете. Во время первого усыновления в Аргентину у нас потребовали закон Аргентины об усыновлениях заверенный российским нотариусом. Попробуйте это объяснить директору агенства – американцу. Мы не только говорим на разных языках, мы не понимаем друг друга в самом профессиональном переводе.
А насколько важно во время предоставить информацию об уже усыновлённом ребенке в управление образования и в детский дом. Я не хочу огульно обвинять все агенства, но часто, до обидного часто мне приходилось сталкиваться с агенствами, которые забывают о ребёнке как только получают последний чек. А как координатору появляться в этом же детском доме через пол-года, год это его проблемы.
Называть человека который обеспечивает основную часть усыновления посредником могут только люди ни черта не понимающие в этом процессе. Послать семью на усыновление в страну, на языке которой они не говорят, без поддержки координатора-профессионала – всё равно что послать экспедицию на северный полюс без лыж и спирта.
Многое наболело, о многом можно говорить и многие из Вас уже могут писать мемуары и эссе, но не в этом смысл моего обращения к Вам, дорогие соотечественники. Я создал благотворительный фонд целью которого, помимо проведения усыновлений через лицензированные агенства, принадлежащие фонду, является оказание финансовой и другой помощи детским домам и органам опеки и попечительства вне зависимости от того проводятся международные усыновления в том или ином детском доме или не проводятся.
