Reaching Arms Staff
Executive Director
Nila is the founder and director of RAI which has been in operation since 1993. As a minister to children and families, she has traveled to Russia and Ukraine over twenty times bridging the gap between RAI and those receiving RAI's assistance. Her vision is to permanently impact the lives of orphan or homeless children throughout the world. This is accomplished through provisions of adoption services and humanitarian aid.

KARI BAUERAdoption Assistant
Kari handles all paperwork submitted by the client for routing to Russia or Ukraine. She is the person to direct questions or concerns about official documents involved in the adoption process. She has witnessed the impact RAI has had on children and families and would like to see this ministry continue to touch lives in need of this type of assistance.
CYNTHIA GARNERAdministrative Assistant
Cynthia (Cyndi) assists the executive director with special projects related to the larger scope of Reaching Arms. She is the person who is aware of all departments of RAI and is an excellent resource to direct general questions. She would like to see Reaching Arms extend its services to more states in the U.S. and more nations of the world.
