Today's Adoption Agency, a non-profit organization in Merrick, N.Y., said they desperately need parents willing to adopt infants and toddlers in South and Central America.
The agency is actively seeking qualified parents to adopt children from Chile, Paraguay, Guatemala and El Salvador. In many of those countries, foster care and social services don't exist.
