Trafficking of Peruvian babies

Arndt Hubert Kupper (36) and Eva Noruzka ‘La Torre’ (22) were arrested after they were found to have sold an estimate of 20 babies charging 17,300 euros for each one. Investigations commenced 8 moths ago when Simone Buhner, was returning to Germany with ‘her’ 15 day old child, however when questioned further by police she informed them the child had been bought. ‘Adoption Shilfe Perú’ was the name of the website through which they sold the unborn children; which they got from young mothers in difficult situations or unwanted pregnancies. The babies when born were given to the adoptive parents who would then register them in their embassy as their own and making it easy to depart with the children
