El Juez Séptimo de Primera Instancia Penal dictó auto prisión y procesamiento contra

, quien se desempeñaba como encargado del Registro Civil de la Municipalidad de San Antonio la Paz, departamento de El Progreso.

Lima es sindicado de incurrir en los delitos de conspiración, falsedad ideológica y trata de personas, al falsificar documentos para facilitar la adopción de un niño que fue arrebatado a la madre, una menor que inició el proceso penal contra Lima.

La madre afirmó que la mujer que le arrebató de los brazos a su hijo cuando salían del hospital Roosevelt es Rosalinda Arleni Rivera Estrada, hermana del diputado por el Partido Patriota, Gudy Rivera.

Durante el allanamiento que se prácticó en la residencia de Lima de León, se recopiló evidencia relacionada al caso e incluso documentos en blanco y llenos que se presume serían utilizados para otras adopciones.

Arleny Rivera fue capturada el pasado 6 de mayo, en una casa cuna clandestina ubicada en la zona 7 de esta ciudad, en donde fueron encontrados nueve menores de entre 7 meses y un año de edad, por este caso se encuentra ligada a proceso y en libertad con medida sustitutiva.
