ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE NATIONAL RESCUE CHILDREN  ASSOCIATION OF SEEDS OF LOVE

Representatives of the Attorney General's Office, accompanied by the National Civil Police, were presented to the Seeds of Love Association with the purpose of rescuing 51 children who were allegedly found with anomalous papers. A drafting error did not allow the rescue.

Last Monday when the Attorney General's Office requested paperwork from infants to the Director of the Association, Nancy Paily [Bailey], said it was still pending. Today, for an error in the wording was not effective action. Rigoberto Duarte Licentiate of the Attorney General's Office, blamed the Magistrate Antigua Guatemala, Aida Gamboa, for the delay.

Personeros de la Procuraduría General de la Nación, acompañados de la Policía Nacional Civil, se presentaron a la Asociación Semillas de Amor con el propósito de rescatar a 51 niños que presuntamente se encuentran con papelería anómala. Un error de redacción no permitió el rescate.

El pasado lunes cuando la Procuraduría General de la Nación solicitó papelería de los infantes a la Directora de la Asociación, Nancy Paily, ésta señaló que aún estaba en trámite. Hoy, por un error en la redacción no se hizo efectiva la acción. El Licenciado Rigoberto Duarte de la Procuraduría General de la Nación, responsabilizó a la Juez de Paz de Antigua Guatemala, Aída Gamboa, por el retraso.
