UPDATE FROM HAUT DE LA GARNNE
MONDAY 28 APRIL AT 10.10 AM
At Haut De La Garenne the work continues in the third and fourth cellars.
Builders are still making the location between the two cellar areas safe - this is where one of the finds was made early on. That find will then be examined.
On Friday, we have a full complement of two anthropologists and two archaeologists and they will begin the detailed excavation of cellar rooms three and four where the bone fragments and teeth were found.
The bones have been delivered to the UK to ascertain their definite origin. The teeth will be sent to the UK this week.
