Update from Haut de la Garenne - PM

RELEASED TO MEDIA ON WEDNESDAY 12 MARCH AT 14.35 PM

Work continues at the site with no updates to report.

Senior Investigating Officer for the ongoing historic abuse inqury, Mr Harper, will be in meetings for the next two days - this includes a visit to London in connection with the inquiry.

He will be speaking to specialist officers at Scotland Yard who have been giving advice on matters pertaining to the investigation. Thus he will not be in a position to speak to journalists over the next couple of days.

Can we reiterate that questions of identity of suspects / victims / witnesses will not be confirmed.
