Four members of one family in Major County are accused of abusing a girl from Africa.
According to court documents, Penny and Ardee Tyler of Fairview and their two children forced a 12-year-old girl to sleep outside and also tied her up with a rope.
Their son is accused of sexually assaulting her.
The family had adopted the girl and her four sisters from Africa.
After hours of testimony and many witnesses, a judge decided to keep the other four children in the Tyler's home pending the outcome of the trial.
