GRESHAM – A foster mother and father both now face charges in connection with the death of their 2-year-old child.
On Monday, a Multnomah County Grand Jury indicted Dunia Soledad-Moreno, 29, and Armando Moreno-Garcia, 38, on charges connected to the death of their foster child Keyana Bravo-Hamilton, according to Sgt. Teddi Anderson of the Gresham Police Department.
Earlier this month police said the two brought Bravo-Hamilton to Mount Hood Medical Center. Doctors said she died from internal injuries.
