PITTSBURG — A viewing and memorial service for Jazzmin Davis, the 15-year-old Antioch girl who died Sept. 2 after suffering severe and prolonged abuse, are scheduled for today and Friday in Pittsburg.

The viewing will take place from 3 to 8 p.m. today at the Dan Scales Funeral Home, 107 W. 8th St. in Pittsburg.

The memorial service is scheduled for 11 a.m. at the First Baptist Church, 204 Odessa Ave. in Pittsburg.

A separate memorial, organized by Jazzmin's friends, will be held at Antioch High School on Tuesday. That vigil will take place at 3:10 p.m. at the school, located at 700 W. 18th St. in Antioch.

Davis' aunt, Shemeeka Davis, who raised Jazzmin, has been charged with murdering the girl.
