Affidavit alleges Samuel Hudson locked in room for making adoptive mother lust

The older brother of a 13-year-old boy who died Dec. 3 in Queen City, Texas, told child welfare investigators his brother had been locked in his room the day after Thanksgiving because he was making his adoptive mother “lust,” according to a Child Protective Services affidavit.

Cynthia Hudson, 43, is in the Cass County jail without bond on a charge of capital murder. District Attorney Clint Allen said he will seek the death penalty against her.
