"Geek Squad" finds child porn on Vegas man's computer

A trip to the electronics store has landed on local man behind bars, accused of child pornography.

Police say 44-year-old Juan Rodenas dropped off his computer at Best Buy on May 30 for service work.

The Geek Squad, Best Buy's mobile computer technicians, found the pornography on the computer during their normal course of repair, and contacted the police.

According to police, Rodenas has seven children, six of which are minors, and two adopted daughters.

Further investigation into the computer documents found one highly explicit picture and video files with the two adopted daughters. One of them is 14 or younger.

A second picture found Rodenas sexually assaulting a family member from Guatemala, which appeared to be a girl around 17.

The police believe the photos were taken between April and June of 2007
