Article Text:ADOPTION SEMINAROchsner Children's Health Center, 1315 Jefferson Highway, will host a seminar for parents of international adoptees and other individuals interested in international adoption Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m.Dr. Charles Zeanah, director of child and adolescent psychiatry at Tulane Medical School, will be the keynote speaker at this free lecture and discussion titled "Institutional Care for Young Children: Experience and Effects."Zeanah will provide insight into issues that children may have coming from an orphanage and into a family, based on his experience working in Romania. He will explain what orphanage life can be like for children and how it may affect them.
