Madonna’s attempts to adopt another child from Malawi could be delayed following further complications in her custody battle over sons Rocco and David.
New York Supreme Court has lost Madonna’s case file, in which she applied for primary residential custody of the boys, I can report.
‘Madonna has hit the roof and is trying to get to the bottom of what has happened to it,’ I’m informed.

Madonna is reported to be flying to Malawi this weekend, hoping to complete her adoption of a four-year-old girl, Mercy James, after adopting David there in 2006.
‘This matter needs to be resolved quickly,’ says my source.
‘In order to successfully adopt a child, Madonna needs to demonstrate that she has a stable household.’
