Group fights boy's adoption by Madonna

Malawi's leading child rights group said on Friday it would seek a court injunction to stop Madonna from adopting a 1-year-old boy if the government did not put on hold its interim order approving the process. In a statement, Madonna's spokeswoman Liz Rosenberg confirmed the adoption plans but said the boy did not leave the country on Friday with Madonna and her husband, Guy Ritchie, because final legal arrangements were still being made.
