True Confession about WACSN's Adoption

There seems to be some confusion between the Government of Liberia and the West African Children Support Network (WACSN) about adoption of Liberian children to the United States of America. From what I gathered so far, there appears to be a communication gap between the two outfits. Apparently, there is a government functionary that has not understood the workings of WACSN in our Liberian society and wrong signals are filtering into both public and government circles. But yesterday, Maria Luyken, president and founder of WACSN, let the cat out of the bag by bringing together parents of some of the adopted children and their overseas parents at a press conference at the organization's orphanage on Old Road in Sinkor.
