Pentru copiii din centrele de plasament din România, viitorul nu sun? bine deloc: Ministerul Justi?iei vrea s? dea liber la adop?iile interna?ionale. Cu alte cuvinte, s? reia traficul de copii din România în str?in?tate. Inten?ia apare ca amendament la noul Cod Civil ?i sun? a?a: "Adop?ia interna?ional? poate fi încuviin?at? numai în cazul în care copilul nu a putut fi adoptat în ?ar?".
Pentru cine nu-?i mai aminte?te, a?a a început scandalul adop?iilor interna?ionale acum cî?iva ani. Cînd, din cauza unei gre?eli inten?ionate de traducere a ceea ce spune Conven?ia ONU privind Drepturile Copilului (c? "adop?ia în str?in?tate poate fi consider?t? ca un mijloc de asigurare a îngrijirii necesare copilului, dac? acesta, în ?ara de origine, nu poate fi încredin?at spre plasament familial sau spre adop?ie ori nu poate fi îngrijit corespunz?tor"), legea român? elimina, practice, celelate m?suri de protec?ie.
