The toilet and shower in the bathroom in the detached bedroom are stained and have mold growing. There is food on the sides and bottom of the inside of the microwave in the kitchen. The light on the ceiling fan in the large bedroom does not work properly and the residents must turn the light bulb to turn the light on and off.
