Foster parent floors were dirty and grindy and needed cleaning. Gnats and flies were flying around the foster home. A spider went across the living room floor in the foster home. Rodent droppings were located on the floor and inside the kitchen's oven. Upstairs bathtub needs to be repainted and cleaned. There was standing water in the foster parents front yard and flower plants. The laundry room door was unlock and open and about 10 bottles of bleach was accessible to the foster child.
