A subsequent investigation included physical examinations and Safe Child Interviews with both victims.

After a review by the Coconino County Attorney's Office, a complaint was issued charging the suspect with two counts of child molestation, four counts of sexual conduct with a minor, one count of sexual abuse and two counts of sexual abuse of a minor.

The name of the suspect was not released by authorities to protect the identities of the victims.
