Kymell Oram

A 17 month old toddler in New York foster care was beaten by his foster mother's boyfriend after being left home alone with him. He suffered bruised ribs, a lacerated liver, bruised spleen, buttocks and torso among other wounds. He later died of lung and blunt force injuries.

Reports indicate his foster mother, Teyuanna Cummings, was in the process of adopting him. His placement was handled by Edwin Gould Services for Families.
