Faithful Adoption Zambia Program

public

ZAMBIA, AFRICA OPENS ADOPTION TO USA FAMILIES! Faithful Charities Foundation is the FIRST adoption agency to be given the approval of facilitating adoptions from the Central African country of Zambia! We are very excited to share the details of this program to you. It is our least expensive and fastest program where siblings may be adopted at very little extra cost to you! Please email me today for more details on this fantastic NEW program!

HURRY! The first 10 families to pioneer the Zambia program will receive a $500 grant. Homestudy ready and INS approved families may travel as early as summer 2007!

Available Children

Children of all ages are available for adoption, including newborns! We are so excited to have a program where siblings can be adopted simultaneously. The children are cared for in private orphanages. The little country of Zambia, nestled in the heart of Africa has one of the highest number of orphaned children of any country in the world. It is estimated that 27% of all children in Zambia have lost their mother, father or both parents. It is estimated by some that in the urban areas three-quarters of families are already caring for at least one orphaned child. The number of orphaned children who live on the streets in Zambia has increased 250% in the past ten years. The crisis, brought on by HIV/AIDS, exists in a country that is not capable of addressing the problem.

FYI: ENGLISH is the primary language of Zambia!

The Process

You choose your children, and this is by far the easiest adoption process. A homestudy is to be done by a licensed social worker. Once the homestudy is sent to Homeland Security and receives INS approval, the family may travel to Zambia to identify their child or children! Wow! It's pretty simple. You will get to visit several orphanages in the capital city of Lusaka to identify the children you wish to adopt. If you are requesting a healthy child, only healthy children will be shown or pointed out to you. If you are requesting an HIV positive child, you will be taken to the loving houses where these children are cared for.

The Travel

There are two options of travel. "Option A" would be that both parents would travel to identify the children, and stay for three weeks until the process is complete. One of the parents may return after identifying the children, usually just one week after arrival. "Option B" would be that one or both parents travel for a one week trip to identify the children, and then one or both parents return on a second trip to finalize the adoption and pick up the children. The second trip is approximately one week in length, and just two or three weeks after the first trip.

In both options mentioned above, the children will have been seen by both parents, and the children will travel home on an IR-3 visa and be an automatic US citizens. If one of the parents cannot travel for whatever reason, the children would then travel home on an IR-4 visa, and there would be more paperwork necessary once the children arrive to the US.

Parent Eligibility

Applications from traditional, married couples will be accepted, as well as single women. There is no age restriction, so we will go by the US Homeland Security requirement of 21 for married persons, and 25 for single persons. There is no upper age requirement, so that is left to the discretion of the Zambian government. There are no income requirements for this program. There is a religious requirement that all adopting parents be Christian.

The Fees

Please contact Faithful Adoption for a complete listing of the fees. This new program carries some of the lowest international adoption fees of any program available today. And best of all, siblings and non-related children may be adopted simultaneously at very little additional cost.
