| LISBON FALLS - Nathaniel Jacob Allen, 22 months old, died Saturday, Feb. 15, 2003, at Maine Medical Center, Portland, after sustaining life threatening head injuries from an accidental fall. He was born in Guatemala City, Guatemala, April 21, 2001, and was the adopted son of Jeremy and Sarah Allen. Survivors include his grandparents, Steve and Cheri Lewis of Silver Spring, Md.; grandmother, Becky McAtee of North Berwick; grandfather Richard Allen of Green Cove Springs, Fla.; two aunts and two uncles. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at the East Auburn Baptist Church, 9 Church St. (the corner of Turner and Church Street). In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Nathaniel Adoption Fund, 9 Church St., Auburn, ME 04210, which has been established at the East Auburn Baptist Church.
