China Center of Adoption Affairs Talked with Officials from Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands

On August 12, 2008, Deputy Director General Chu Xiaoying of China Center of Adoption Affairs (CCAA) had a talk with Gerard P. M. H. Steeghs, Minister of Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and Remy Cristini, official from the Political Department of the Embassy about issues of common concern in inter-country adoption. Relevant staff members from the Administrative Office and Adopter’s Eligibility Review Department were also present at the meeting.

During the meeting, Ms. Chu emphasized that the two governments should enhance communication and exchange in the future for better cooperation. Both parties agreed that this is an effective and pleasant meeting and will communicate more in the future. The meeting concluded in a friendly ambiance.
