Prosecutors Say Adopted Daughter Was Abused

Investigators say he adopted a daughter from China only to sexually abuse her. Steve Lynn Mouton is a registered sex offender who is now on trial for making child porn, including images of his adopted daughter. Since Mouton was on probation when he was charged, he qualifies for mandatory life in prison.

He is pleading not guilty to the charges. He declined to talk to us today at the courthouse. Testimony continues Tuesday.
