Tot's death spurs rally

Members of a human-rights group rally this past week at Redwood Memorial Cemetery, 6500 S. Redwood Road, to protest the death of an 18-month-old boy in foster care last month. Accountability Utah, the group organizing the rally, said participants recalled the life of the toddler. Jeannette Ilene Gomez, 30, of West Valley City, has been charged with criminal homicide and child abuse in connection with the death.
