Parents of Emaciated Girl Charged With Child Abuse

LOGAN -- A Trenton couple was arrested Monday and charged with felony child abuse two weeks after authorities allegedly found a 6-year-old girl scarred and starving in her locked basement room. Chris and Becky Tucker were booked into the Cache County Jail and their bail was set at $10,000 each. They each were charged with a second-degree felony, the stiffest child-abuse penalty allowed under Utah law.
