Convicted Molester In Court Today For Sentencing

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. -- Justin Erbacher was in court Wednesday for his sentencing of molesting four young girls. Throughout the trials, victims testified that they were also abused by Stephen Erbacher, Justin's father, who committed suicide in 2006 when police were coming to search his home for evidence. Evidence was seized in Iowa, which has pushed the court date back to Nov. 20. Justin Erbacher is said to already want to push back the trial to Dec. 10 to motion for a new trial. His sentencing has been continued to Dec. 23.
