Romania: Children buying instead of adoption

Munich (ots) - In Romania, the western couples have children
to the shop. Purchased adoptions of babies and small children are
on the agenda. Also Gabriele channels from Nuremberg wants a
Romanian gypsy child to adopt. But the authority requires approximately
11 000 Euro bribes, disguised as a donation. Without the payment
may be the adoptive parent with the child do not leave Romania.

München (ots) - In Rumänien wird der Kinderwunsch westlicher Paare
zum Geschäft. Gekaufte Adoptionen von Babies und Kleinstkindern sind
an der Tagesordnung. Auch Gabriele Kanale aus Nürnberg will ein
rumänisches Zigeunerkind adoptieren. Doch die Behörde verlangt etwa
11 000 Euro Bestechungsgelder, getarnt als Spende. Ohne die Zahlung
darf die Adoptivmutter mit dem rumänischen Kind nicht ausreisen.
Gabriele Kanale weigert sich und sitzt seit einem Jahr in Rumänien
fest.
