Orson Mozes complaint

public

Three years ago, I filed a complaint with The Adoption Guide on Mr. Orson Mozes. However, I feel that his former boss, Linda Zuflacht, Attorney at Law DBA Adoption Services Associates, San Antonio, TX is also to blame. After Ms. Zuflacht received over 156 client complaints of abuse at the hands of Mr. Mozes, only then did Ms. Zuflacht start making Mr. Mozes accountable for his actions. This 156 client complaints were over a three-year period? My question is this: What took you so long? She states in a lawsuit she filed against Mozes in Santa Barbara Superior Court (I have a copy) that she allowed Mozes to operate "at will". Now Friends, I ask you this: Who DOESN'T HAVE A BOSS TO BE ACCOUNTABLE TO? Even the President of the United States has a boss(es) -- it is called Congress and we, the taxpayers! We nearly disrupted our adoption because our children were so combative and violent towards us? Why again? Non-disclosure issues. I have a document FAXED to Mozes's then Santa Barbara, CA office stating that our children have a sister. Mr Mozes denied ever knowing that. My next question is this: Then what did we pay you (directly) over $7,000 for?

You and your office certainly did not complete the adoption dossier X 3! But you did cause our family irrepairable harm! I have endorsed checks one from Mr. Mozes's CA Office showing that he was DBA Adoption Services Associates. Then how can Ms. Zuflacht state she is not to blame for her employee's lack of professionalism? We are not the only family. I can give you names/contact numbers and addresses. Please be careful out there, Friends. You have more legal recourse if you buy a "lemon" of a lawn mower from Wal-Mart than you ever will have in today's international adoption "marketplace". We need to come together and get regulations in place, laws and policies.

Sincerely, Karole
