MONROVIA, The attention of Women & Family (W&F) has been drawn to the purported operations of the various orphanages in the country. It has also been brought to the attention of W&F that some of the orphanages in the country were either consciously or unconsciously operating as adoption homes/ 'transit points' for adoption contrary to the main purposes for which they were established.
