Paul, 57, is a veteran of the Vietnam War who, with the help of his wife, Sandy, has transformed his wartime experience into a source of life and joy.

The Pinkertons are international adoption coordinators who run Gail-Neilson Facilitators Inc. from their Manheim home. Together, they have overseen 352 adoptions of children from Vietnam, personally escorting adopting families to the Southeast Asian country. The ...
