‘Mama’ can plan future for Mihaela

An Irish woman spoke yesterday of how she saved a Romanian orphan from life in a mental institution. Dundalk mother Briege Hughes was still celebrating yesterday after convincing the Romanian authorities to allow her four-year- old disabled foster daughter to remain in Ireland.
