Each agency listed below applied for Hague Convention accreditation or approval, which accreditation or approval was denied because the relevant accrediting entity determined that the agency had not demonstrated that it was in substantial compliance with applicable standards in 22 CFR Part 96.

Pursuant to 22 CFR 96.91, each accrediting entity must make available to the public on a quarterly basis the names of agencies and persons to which it has denied accreditation or approval.  The names below were provided to the Department of State by the accrediting entities.
