Narrative
One child's file indicated that the placement was not appropriate for the child. The child has exhibited a pattern of forcibly offending sexually on younger children. A sexual supervision plan was put in place with the agency. One of the deciding factors was that the child would be both the youngest and smallest child in care at the foster home. However, progress notes for the child indicated that on 03/24/06 the agency became aware that the therapist had concerns regarding the placement of this child as there was another child in the home at risk due to his functional level. A progress noted dated 03/31/06 from the foster parent indicated that the foster parent requested that the first child be removed from the home due to concerns regarding possible grooming of another child in the home. The child was removed from the home 31 days after this request.
